Frosinone v Inter

Premier Sports 2, 7.30pm

Frosinone have been reaping the rewards of playing without fear in Serie A following shock wins over Parma and Fiorentina and they can at least score at home to Inter.

The Milan outfit are a better attacking unit with top scorer Mauro Icardi back in their ranks but they have conceded in three of their last five matches.

Inter won the reverse 3-0 in November but this match may not be as routine and backing both teams to score could be a good punting strategy.

Liam Flin's recommendation
Both teams to score
1pt 13-15 RedZone

Key stat
Both teams have scored in three of Frosinone's last five games.

Chievo v Napoli

Premier Sports 1, 5pm

Napoli could scarcely have asked for better opponents between their two Europa League meetings with Arsenal than basement boys Chievo.

The Verona side have been dreadful this season, with one win in 31 matches, and the gulf in quality between themselves and a Napoli side who have all but nailed second spot should be clear to see.

Carlo Ancelotti's men were complacent against Empoli and Genoa, though, and victory could be by a slender margin.

Liam Flin's recommendation
Napoli to win & under 4.5 goals
1pt 4-6 Betway, Coral, Ladbrokes

Key stat
Chievo have lost five of their last six matches.

Sampdoria v Genoa

Premier Sports 2, 2pm

Sampdoria will kick off the Derby della Lanterna 11 points better off than local rivals Genoa but they are difficult to trust after five victories and six defeats in their last 11 league outings.

Genoa have found wins hard to come by this term although they have lost only three of their last 11 games, beating Juventus 2-0 at home and holding Napoli to a 1-1 draw in their last away match.

James Milton's recommendation
Draw
1pt 9-4 Betfair, Coral

Key stat
Seven of the last ten meetings between these teams have featured under 2.5 goals.

Torino v Cagliari

FreeSports, 11.30am

Cagliari’s last eight games have included wins over Parma, Inter, Fiorentina, Chievo and SPAL but most of their best work has been done at home and their trip to Turin may not yield any points.

Torino are on a superb run at home, winning six of their last seven and keeping clean sheets in five of those games. They should be backed to inflict an 11th defeat in 16 away games on Cagliari.

James Milton's recommendation
Torino
2pts 5-6 bet365, Betway

Key stat
Only one of Torino’s 13 draws in Serie A this season has come at home.
