Fulham are nearing promotion after what looks likely to be a record-breaking Championship season but they face one of the trickiest journeys in the second tier when they travel to the Riverside to face Middlesbrough.

Chris Wilder has revitalised Boro since taking over in November and they sit fifth thanks to a foundation of rock-solid home form.

Wilder’s side have won their last eight league games in their own backyard including victories over Bournemouth, Luton and Nottingham Forest.

Boro had the perfect return from the international break with a 4-0 victory over Peterborough and while Fulham were victorious over QPR, that is their only win in their last three away matches.

The Whites are undoubtedly formidable opponents who are on their way back to the Premier League next season, but their hosts may well have the upper hand here and could even join them back in the top flight.
