Ipswich will be chasing their first victory over Norwich in more than 16 years when they meet at Portman Road in Sunday's sole Championship offering and momentum appears to be with the Tractor Boys.
Ipswich supporters have not been able to celebrate a success over their bitter rivals since April 2009, but eight points from their last four games and an unbeaten home record should fill Town fans with cautious optimism.
Norwich head to Portman Road without a win in four but Liam Manning's side are unbeaten on their travels, picking up all of their eight points away from Carrow Road.

Ipswich vs Norwich previewÂ
After a slow start, Ipswich are beginning to justify their tag as ante-post title favourites in the Championship and home form will be key if they are to make an immediate return to the Premier League.
Kieran McKenna's side are unbeaten at Portman Road this season and have won their last two in front of their own fans, a 5-0 thrashing of Sheffield United and a 2-1 win over Portsmouth.
The Tractor Boys have lost only one of their last 28 home matches at this level – a 4-3 defeat to Leeds in August 2023 – and they can put home comforts to great use when rivals Norwich come calling on Sunday.
The Canaries look like a team in transition following Liam Manning's arrival as manager in the summer. They have won only three of their ten matches under the former Bristol City boss and last tasted victory at the end of August at Blackburn.
Their record in the East Anglian derby is strong, though. Norwich have not lost to Ipswich in over 16 years, although six of the last ten meetings have finished all-square and Norwich have won by more than one goal just once in that time.
Ipswich have scored nine goals in their last three home fixtures and that firepower could be too much for Norwich, who have kept only one clean sheet this season.
This is a game Ipswich perhaps need to win if they are to achieve their aims this season, and the Tractor Boys can motor into the international break with a derby success.
Philogene enjoying home comforts
Ipswich winger Jaden Philogene enjoys playing at Portman Road. He has scored four goals in his last two home appearances including a hat-trick in Ipswich's 5-0 rout of Sheffield United.
No player has had more shots for the Tractor Boys this season than Philogene's 14 in just five starts.
