Dan Childs' EFL predictions
Blackpool v Huddersfield
Pacesetters Huddersfield have impressed as much as anyone at the start of the League One season and can maintain their 100 per cent start by defeating third-bottom Blackpool at Bloomfield Road.
The Terriers finished tenth last season after losing their last six matches.
They looked in need of a refresh and addressed the situation by bringing in assured manager Lee Grant and a raft of new signings.
Huddersfield have registered league wins at home to Leyton Orient and away to Reading and advanced past Championship heavyweights Leicester in the EFL Cup first round.
Grant made nine changes for the Leicester tie but oversaw another strong performance as Huddersfield drew the game 2-2 and progressed 3-2 on penalties.
And Huddersfield's EFL Cup experience contrasted sharply with Blackpool, who lost 1-0 at home to League One rivals Port Vale.
It was Blackpool's third successive loss, following dismal league losses at home to Stevenage and away to Exeter.
They face a tougher task this weekend and appear likely to suffer a fourth successive defeat.

Sheffield Wednesday v Stoke
Stoke won 3-1 at home to Derby in their opening game of the Championship season and can make it six points from six by beating Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough.
The summer has been tough to digest for Wednesday fans, who have seen their club lose several key players and popular manager Danny Rohl.
Owner Dejphon Chansiri has been the target of frustrations, which is understandable after a lack of progress in attempts to sell the club and failure to pay the wages on time.
And consequences have followed as the Owls have been placed under a transfer embargo restricting them to free agent and loan signings.
The situation leaves Rohl's replacement Henrik Pedersen with a threadbare squad which became further depleted last Sunday when midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah and defender Yan Valery were injured in a 2-1 loss at Leicester.
A youthful Wednesday side bounced back with a 3-3 draw and a penalty shootout success at Bolton in the EFL Cup, but Pedersen will be well aware that league points are the priority and another defeat looks likely against a Stoke side eager to push towards the playoffs.
The Potters had a great start against Derby when new arrivals Divin Mubama, on loan from Manchester City, and Sorba Thomas got on the scoresheet.
They look refreshed and ready for a positive campaign and can put another victory on the board.
Millwall v Middlesbrough
Millwall got off to a strong start in the Championship with a well-deserved 2-1 win at Norwich and can follow with another victory over Middlesbrough at the Den.
Boro began life under Rob Edwards with a stodgy 1-0 victory at home to Swansea but they had a miserable midweek in the EFL Cup, losing 4-0 at home to League One Doncaster.
A lack of consistency has impacted Boro over a long period of time and they could suffer against the Lions, who are targeting an eighth win in ten games.
Cardiff v Rotherham
Cardiff are off to solid start in League One and can remain unbeaten with a victory over Rotherham in South Wales.
The youthful Bluebirds triumphed 2-1 at home to Peterborough on the opening weekend of the season and should have too much for the Millers, who created very little in last Saturday's 1-0 loss at Stevenage.
Shrewsbury v Colchester
League Two promotion hopefuls Colchester are off to a steady start with 1-1 draws at home to Tranmere and away to Oldham and they can taste victory against Shrewsbury at the Croud Meadow.
Danny Cowley's side fell short of the playoffs last season but they look in better shape than recently relegated Shrewsbury, who were hammered 4-0 at Tranmere last weekend.
Accumulator
Stoke 19-20, Millwall 23-20, Cardiff 3-4, Grimsby 10-21

Jaze Kabia Grimsby v Newport
at 19-5 Coral, Ladbrokes
The fleet-footed striker has scored in each of his first three Grimsby appearances and can keep the run going with the opener against Newport.
