Nottingham Forest's nine-match unbeaten run came to an end with a 1-0 loss at home to Liverpool in the FA Cup fifth round but they can return to winning ways with an important Championship success over Blackpool at Bloomfield Road.

The international break has allowed time for Forest's top scorer Lewis Grabban to return to training but the 34-year-old may have to settle for a place on the bench.

Forest are still without injured centre-backs Scott McKenna and Steve Cook but they offered plenty of resistance against Liverpool and have a solid enough back-line to cope with the 13th-placed Seasiders, who have consolidated superbly in their first second-tier season since 2014-15.

Blackpool could finish in the top half but they certainly have far less riding on the outcome than playoff-chasing Forest, and the visitors' higher motivation could by key to securing three points.
