Milan v Lazio

Milan last won the Coppa Italia in 2003 but they have a decent chance of progressing to the competition's last four when they take on Lazio in the quarter-finals at the San Siro.

An Olivier Giroud brace saw them turn the Milan derby on its head at the weekend as they defeated rivals Inter to move within a point of top spot in Serie A.

That will have given them tremendous confidence, and they could be further boosted by the potential returns of Fikayo Tomori and Ante Rebic.

Lazio won this tournament in 2019 but have been knocked out at this stage in each of the last two seasons and have scored inside 90 minutes in only one of their previous three matches.

Milan, meanwhile, have taken a total of four points off Juventus and Inter in their last two games and look primed to come out on top in this cup contest.

Nice v Marseille

The French Cup also reaches the quarter-final stage this week with Marseille's trip to Nice taking top billing.

It is a tough one to call but Marseille, who are fresh from a 5-2 thrashing of Angers, are the team with whom punters should side.

That result demonstrated how dangerous Jorge Sampaoli's men can be in attack - a sentiment strengthened by their January acquisition of experienced striker Cedric Bakambu.

But they have also lost only one of their last 11 matches and are taking on a Nice outfit who could be feeling flat after a 1-0 loss to lowly Clermont last time out.

Nice dumped out PSG in the previous round of the cup but that was an energy-sapping affair which went to penalties and they were on the back foot for most of the contest.

With all that in mind, Marseille are worth chancing in the draw no bet market.
