USA v Trinidad & Tobago

1am Saturday night

Trinidad & Tobago ended USA's World Cup qualification hopes with a 2-1 victory in the Caribbean in October 2017 but revenge is on the cards when they take on the Stars & Stripes in Cleveland at the Concacaf Gold Cup.

Qualifying for the knockout stages looks a difficult task for the Soca Warriors, who lost 2-0 to Panama in their opening game.

USA had a poor build-up the the tournament, losing at home to Jamaica (1-0) and Venezuela (3-0), and were far from impressive in their 4-0 victory over minnows Guyana.

They face a more competitive game against Trinidad but are likely to take the spoils by a narrower margin.

Recommendation
USA & under 3.5 goals
1pt 5-4 general

Guyana v Panama

10.30pm

Panama took a giant step towards the Concacaf Gold Cup quarter-finals by defeating Trinidad & Tobago 2-0 on Tuesday and they should win by a wider margin against Group D minnows Guyana, who look out of their depth on their tournament debut.

Guyana are the lowest-ranked team in the competition and they seemed to run out of energy in their opening game against USA, shipping three second-half goals in a 4-0 defeat.

Their squad features several part-time players and they could be exposed by a Panama side hoping for a long run in the competition.

Gabriel Torres is Panama's most potent striker and looks the man most likely to open the floodgates.

Recommendation
G Torres first scorer
1pt 7-2 Betfair, Paddy Power
