Champions League Group G
BT Sport Extra, 5pm Tuesday

Bookmakers are putting plenty of emphasis on the needs of both clubs but it could be argued they have gone too far in rating Besiktas as underdogs at home to Porto.

The Turkish team are four points clear at the top of Group G but there is still a little bit of work to do and Senol Gunes will not want to leave top spot open going into matchday six.

Gunes rested players on Friday with one eye on this match which may help to explain a 0-0 draw at home to Akhisar Belediyespor with former Porto star Ricardo Quaresma missing a penalty.

That stalemate was the first time in 28 matches in which Besiktas failed to score, but they are 19 matches unbeaten at home in all competitions and 33 unbeaten in home league encounters.

Porto are flying domestically but lost at home to Besiktas on matchday one and also suffered a road defeat at Leipzig.

Recommendation
Besiktas draw no bet
2pts 11-10 general

Team news
Besiktas Pepe needs to be assessed.

Porto Francisco Soares and Moussa Marega are injured.

Key stat
Besiktas have lost one of their last 19 home European matches.
