PSV Eindhoven were outclassed by Barcelona in their Group B opener and look up against it if they are to even qualify for the Europa League from a difficult draw.

Hosting Inter at the Philips Stadion would arguably be PSV’s easiest task but bookmakers make them outsiders against Inter, who staged a late comeback against Tottenham in their first Champions League outing since 2012.

Luciano Spalletti is taking Inter’s European campaign seriously, opting to rest the bulk of his first-choice players for Saturday’s fixture against Cagliari, and he could be rewarded in Holland.

A victory over PSV would keep Inter in the driving seat to qualify for the knockout stages, particularly if Tottenham fail to beat Barcelona, and they have the quality to take down the Dutch champions.
