It was tense for Liverpool and Tottenham before both clubs squeezed through to the knockout phase by the narrowest of margins but their qualification means four English teams in the Champions League last 16 and Betway offer 7-4, from 9-4, that a Premier League side will reign supreme in Europe's premier club competition.

Liverpool, who beat Napoli 1-0 at Anfield thanks to a first-half Mohamed Salah goal, are 10-1 to win the Champions League, although the Reds will need a touch of luck in Monday's draw after finishing second in their group behind Paris St-Germain.

Spurs, 25-1 shots, will also be unseeded in the first knockout round, but they won't care too much about that after a dramatic night on matchday six saw them secure a 1-1 draw away to Barcelona with substitute Lucas Moura's late goal cancelling out Ousmane Dembele's opener.

Tottenham had been 9-2 to qualify after starting the group campaign with one point from three matches but a draw was enough against a much-changed Barca as Inter were surprisingly held to a 1-1 stalemate by PSV Eindhoven at San Siro.

The last-16 draw will take place on Monday at 11am with sides from the same country and those who qualified from the same group kept apart. Manchester City and Manchester United had already secured their place in the knockout phase before the final round of group fixtures.
