Bolton v Leeds

Life is difficult for Bolton, whose players have not been paid while manager Phil Parkinson continues to be linked with a move to Reading, and the Trotters could suffer another defeat when Leeds visit.

Bolton have won only one of their last 17 Sky Bet Championship contests and goals have been a major problem. Parkinson's men have scored only four in their last nine home league encounters.

Leeds, who remain without Liam Cooper, Gaetano Berardi, Luke Ayling, Tom Pearce and Stuart Dallas, have coped well with their injuries in recent weeks, winning five of their last six.

And the attack has been boosted by the return of forward Patrick Bamford who hit a hat-trick for the Under-23 side in midweek.

Recommendation
Leeds -0.75 Asian handicap

Barnsley v Portsmouth

The markets seem to love Barnsley, but they were poor at Wycombe last week and could be overrated for the visit of League One leaders Portsmouth to Oakwell.

Pompey have the defensive nous to nullify Barnsley's high-class attacking threats and Kenny Jackett's outfit have lost only twice all season so should be able to bounce back from Tuesday's surprise defeat to Charlton.

Recommendation
Portsmouth +0.5 Asian handicap
1pt 8-11 188Bet
