Andorra vs England bet builder predictions

England to win by four or more goals

England have won each of their last three matches against Andorra by at least four goals and they should claim another big win in their third match on the path towards the 2026 World Cup.

Thomas Tuchel's side have six points in the bag but there are bigger tests to come and they will be looking for a goal-difference boost against the Pyrenean minnows, who struggle to score goals irrespective of the opposition.

The Andorrans have blanked in ten of their last 11 fixtures, including a 1-0 friendly loss away to Gibraltar and a couple of closely-contested Nations League matches against Malta – losing 1-0 on home soil and drawing 0-0 in Ta' Qali.

They have played England six times, losing by an aggregate of 25 goals to nil, and are likely to experience another heavy defeat.

Jude Bellingham to score at any time

England will attempt to play with intensity and creativity against opponents who are sure to set up with a fairly rigid, deep defence.

They went through a similar exercise against Latvia in March and it needed a stunning Reece James free-kick to break the deadlock in a 3-0 victory.

The Three Lions were far from fluent in open play against the Latvians and will need to be clever to open up spaces in the Andorran back line.

Late runs from midfield can be harder to pick up and one of the best exponents in England's ranks is Jude Bellingham, who has become a regular scorer for Real Madrid.

The 21-year-old has scored 28 goals in 59 La Liga matches and could be ready to make a big impact in Barcelona.

Harry Kane to register an assist

Andorra will be focussing a lot of their attention on Harry Kane, who is England's all-time top scorer with 71 goals.

Kane will be confident of adding to his tally, but he may also have a creative role to play as a foil for fleet-footed team-mates.

The 31-year-old is always hungry for goals but has excellence awareness and topped the Premier League assist charts in 2020-21 by laying on 14 Tottenham goals.

He has teed up eight Bundesliga goals for Bayern Munich this season and can claim an assist against Andorra.

Price guide 6-1

Dan Childs's Andorra vs England prediction

England have made a steady start to their World Cup qualifying campaign with wins over Albania and Latvia, but their fans will be expecting a more dominant display from the Three Lions against minnows Andorra.

Playing at the RCDE Stadium in Barcelona, the home of La Liga side Espanyol, and not on the artificial pitch at Andorra's Estadi Nacional will be a positive for Thomas Tuchel's men, who should have no issues asserting the German's attacking philosophy against one of the weakest international sides in the world.

A record of 122 losses in 133 World Cup and Euros qualifiers, 98 of which have come without scoring, makes for grim reading for Andorra and a 4-0 England win stands out as a value betting option given the gulf in class.

Key stat

England have won their six previous meetings with Andorra by a 25-0 aggregate scoreline.

Andorra vs England team news and predicted line-ups

Andorra

Captain Marc Vales is back in the squad but striker Albert Rosas, scorer of five goals in 22 appearances, has not made the cut.

Starting line-up (4-5-1): Alvarez; Cervos, San Nicolas, C Garcia, Borra; Olivera, M Garcia, M Vales, Rebes, Babot; Fernandez.

England

Phil Foden asked to be left out but there is plenty of experience in a squad featuring just two uncapped players, Burnley goalkeeper James Trafford and Chelsea defender Trevor Chalobah.

Starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Pickford; Alexander-Arnold, Konsa, Colwill, Lewis-Skelly; Rice, Bellingham; Saka, Palmer, Gordon; Kane.
