Match preview

Not since 2012 has a club from outside of Europe won the Fifa Club World Cup, but Chelsea were the last Champions League winners to fail to win the tournament.

The Blues, who have lost only one of their last 15 matches, are 1-4 to beat semi-final opponents Al-Hilal in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday, but the Saudis could put up more of a fight than bookmakers expect.

Odion Ighalo, Matheus Pereira, Andre Carrillo and Moussa Marega are just some of the quality forward options at Al-Hilal's disposal and, having thumped Al Jazira 6-1 in the previous round, they could at least breach the Blues.

Conditions in the UAE will also be in their favour and it is unlikely to be a straightforward victory for Thomas Tuchel's European champions.

Chelsea have failed to keep a clean sheet in four of their last six matches, conceding to Plymouth and Chesterfield in that run, so backing a Chelsea win and both teams to score looks a decent play at 2-1.

Concacaf Champions League winners Monterrey of Mexico are 1-3 to get the better of Al Jazira in Wednesday's earlier contest to decide fifth place.
