England squad announced: Declan Rice in line for first cap
Three Lions 1-6 to win Euro 2020 qualifying group
Declan Rice is in contention to win his first senior England cap after being named in Gareth Southgate's 25-man squad for this month's European Championship qualifiers at home to Czech Republic and away to Montenegro.
The West Ham midfielder is the only uncapped player in the squad and had previously featured in three friendly internationals for Ireland before switching allegiance to England.
There were very few surprises although Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson gets another opportunity after scoring a debut goal in England's 3-0 success over USA at Wembley last November.
England are red-hot 1-6 favourites to finish top of Group A, which also features Bulgaria and Kosovo.
A top-two finish would be enough to secure a berth at Euro 2020 and a flying start is expected of the Three Lions, who are 1-3 to beat the Czechs next Friday.
