Extra day's preparation may help Swans at Palace
Tips on Tuesday's fixtures
Crystal Palace v Swansea 8pm
Since the start of October Palace have taken five points from 12 Premier League games – three fewer than Swansea, who have mustered eight over the same period.
The Swans are poor but they have had an extra day to prepare and they beat Palace 5-4 in late November.
Swansea or draw double chance
1pt 21-20 Coral
Crystal Palace Loic Remy, Steve Mandanda, Pape Souare, Connor Wickham, Joe Ledley and James McArthur are all out.
Swansea Jefferson Montero (hamstring) is sidelined and Jordi Amat serves a one-match suspension.
Palace have won just one of their last 13 fixtures
Stoke v Watford 8pm
The Potters played well enough at Stamford Bridge and are boosted by the return of Marko Arnautovic and their chances are enhanced by the Hornets’ horrendous injury list.
Watford were dreadful in the 4-1 loss to Spurs and are unlikely to make significant improvements until some of the injured players return.
3pts 5-6 general
Stoke Phil Bardsley is a doubt while Marc Muniesa and Geoff Cameron are out but Marko Arnautovic returns from a ban.
Watford Miguel Britos returns from suspension but Juan Zuniga and Nordin Amrabat are doubts and Roberto Pereyra, Valon Behrami, Daryl Janmaat, Isaac Success, Adrian Mariappa and Stefano Okaka are ruled out.
Watford have lost their last four away matches
