Expect Witten to have big impact for Cowboys
Sky Sports Action, 8.25pm Sunday
Philadelphia have established such a stranglehold on the NFC East with six wins in seven matches that both teams must target a victory in this key divisional clash.
Dallas and Washington have each won three of their six matches, but the problem for the Redskins is that they have already lost twice to the Eagles and can ill-afford another slip-up against the Cowboys, who are yet to play Philadelphia.
And the Dallas offence looks to have got its act together, even if their defence has looked shaky in defeats to Green Bay and the Los Angeles Rams. They should provide Washington with a big test, even if the Redskins are set to welcome cornerback Josh Norman back into the fray.
Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott was a revelation as a rookie last year and looks to have rediscovered some decent form having made three touchdown passes in each of his last three matches.
Running back Ezekiel Elliott has shown no ill-effects from the legal issues that have delayed his potential six-match suspension and, with the Cowboys having scored a total of 101 points in their last three matches, it is worth keeping an eye on another potent force in their offence, tight end Jason Witten.
Star receiver Dez Bryant has been Prescott's favourite target this season, but there is a chance he will be closely guarded by Norman.
That should create opportunities for Witten to add to his tally of three touchdowns this season.
