New Zealand Darts Masters predictions

Blackpool and Wollongong are ticked off, and the next stop on Luke Littler's summer domination tour is Auckland.

Less than a month after flattening the field on the Golden Mile at the World Matchplay and just a few days after going in at the Australian Masters, The Nuke now has his sights on the New Zealand Masters at the Spark Arena.

He opened up at 5-4 with bet365, seemingly short yet absolutely justified given the rich seam of form he has struck.

However, on the basis that he doesn't win everything he enters and that the other seven PDC aces lined up against him in the 16-man field are top throwers, there is an alternative.

Stephen Bunting, the top seed courtesy of money earned in the first five World Series events, two of which he won, had the misfortune of running into Littler in the semis in Wollongong. He averaged 102.35 but it wasn't enough. He lost 7-4.

In Auckland, however, he finds himself in the opposite half from the Warrington wonderkid and given the way he battered Josh Rock 6-0 in round two last weekend, he is clearly throwing well, as he has been all year.
