Adrian Lewis finally flicked the switch at the Winter Gardens on Thursday night – and if he keeps it turned on he can give Michael van Gerwen a run in their World Matchplay semi-final this evening.

Jackpot, who had gone through the motions against Mark Webster and thrown terribly against Gerwyn Price, still looked out of sorts as he went 8-7 down against Peter Wright in his quarter-final.
