Crystal Palace should have too much quality for shot-shy Swansea
Best bets for the 3pm kick-offs
Crystal Palace v Swansea
Crystal Palace were a shambles at home to Huddersfield in their opener but much better in the 1-0 defeat at Anfield and their first victory beckons as goal-shy Swansea travel to Selhurst Park.
Palace are going to take time to adapt to Frank de Boer’s style but they reverted back to basics at Liverpool and were unlucky not to pinch a point.
The hosts are weakened by injuries to Wilfried Zaha and the influential Ruben Loftus-Cheek, but the Swans look lifeless without Fernando Llorente and they may find goals harder to come by.
1pt 22-23 188Bet
Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Wilfried Zaha are injured but Jairo Riedewald is expected to start.
Sam Clucas may make his debut but Fernando Llorente and Kyle Bartley are out.
Swansea have won just one of their last nine Premier League away games.
Huddersfield v Southampton
Huddersfield have had a dream start to life in the Premier League, taking maximum points from their opening two games, but a visit from Southampton looks set to end in disappointment.
Huddersfield have impressed in wins over Crystal Palace (3-0) and Newcastle (1-0) but their attacking approach can leave them vulnerable at the back and Saints have the quality to capitalise.
The Terriers lost the shot count 14-9 at Palace and created six fewer chances than Newcastle and it shouldn’t be long before they have their weaknesses exposed.
2pts 11-10 general
Jonathan Hogg, Nahki Wells, Jon Gorenc Stankovic and Martin Cranie are all out.
Wesley Hoedt may make his debut but fellow centre-back Virgil Van Dijk will not be included.
Southampton have scored 14 goals in their last seven Premier League away games.
Newcastle v West Ham
Newcastle and West Ham are still seeking their first point of the Premier League campaign and it may take a piece of individual brilliance to separate the slow-starting sides at St James Park.
The Magpies bounced back to the top flight at the first time of asking but they are low on confidence following successive defeats, while the Hammers will be encouraged by their performance at Southampton.
Javier Hernandez was in the right place to notch a brace at St Mary’s and he can build on that.
J Hernandez to score first

Jonjo Shelvey is suspended while DeAndre Yedlin and Florian Lejeune are out. Dwight Gayle may return.
Manuel Lanzini could feature but Marko Arnautovic is
suspended and Winston Reid remains out.
Newcastle have not won any of their last nine Premier League games in August.
The arrivals of Andre Gray from Burnley and Brazilian youngster Richarlison from Fluminense have added an extra dimension to Watford’s attack, while Nathaniel Chalobah gives Etienne Capoue more licence to roam in midfield.
Watford broke down Liverpool three times and notched twice at Bournemouth and may be too explosive for the winless visitors.
2pts Evs Ladbrokes
Andre Carrillo could make his debut but Younes Kaboul, Daryl Janmaat and Roberto Pereyra are out. Jose Holebas is suspended.
Jose Izquierdo is available but Izzy Brown, Beram Kayal and Sam Baldock are sidelined.
Chris Hughton has lost his last seven Premier League away matches.
