Sweden's women have ridden their luck to reach the Olympic football final and will be hoping another dogged performance can win them the gold medal when taking on Germany in Rio today.

Germany had a slow start to the tournament, taking four points from nine in the group stage, but have played much better in the knockout matches, beating China and Canada and are 8-11 to defeat the Swedes in normal time.

Those odds look about right because Sweden have had to work much harder to progress.
