Is it even worth any of the other entrants for the men’s 200 metres at the Rio Olympics turning up?

Usain Bolt is now 1-12 to add the longer sprint to his Olympic 100m which he retained, again, in the early hours of Monday. And the way some of the banks have been performing of late, a bet on Bolt is probably a more secure investment than a savings account.

There were signs in the 100m final, though, that as Bolt approaches his 30th birthday, things are getting tougher for the tall Jamaican, even if the challenges from his rivals are not.
