Saturday's IPL prediction

Delhi Capitals bowled out Gujarat Titans for just 89 in last season's IPL victory in Ahmedabad and the Capitals return to the venue in excellent form.

They have won five of their first six matches this term and fought back superbly to claim a Super Over success against Rajasthan Royals on Wednesday.

Gujarat are also going well, although their four-match winning streak came to an end against Lucknow Super Giants last weekend.

A tight contest is expected between two of in-form teams and Delhi captain Axar Patel merits a small bet to top-score for the visitors.

Axar's dashing cameo of 34 off 14 balls was easily the most destructive innings played by a Delhi batsman on Wednesday and his career-best IPL score of 66 came in last year's home victory over Gujarat.

Lucknow are worth backing to put Monday's defeat to Chennai behind them by beating a Rajasthan side who fell apart at the death on their midweek trip to Delhi.

Two run-outs in the Super Over summed up the Royals' day and their misfiring batting unit could be without captain Sanju Samson, who is struggling with a rib injury.

Lucknow's fast-bowling injury crisis has eased and their top order features the IPL's leading six-hitter Nicholas Pooran as well as in-form Australian opener Mitchell Marsh.
