The 2021 IPL season is reaching its crescendo with Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders duking it out in Sharjah on Wednesday for the right to join Chennai Super Kings in Friday's final.

The Capitals topped the league standings with ten wins from their 14 matches but were narrowly beaten by Chennai in Sunday's qualifier after some final-over heroics from veteran Super Kings captain MS Dhoni.
