Neal Maupay, surprisingly dropped last week, is available. Solly March is a doubt.
Skipper Ben Mee, out since June, could return. Phil Bardsley and Johan Berg Gudmundsson are also available though Jack Cork and Erik Pieters are still missing.
Jose Mourinho, like Carlo Ancelotti, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and others before him, has been lavishing praise on luckless Brighton who can finally turn plaudits into points by beating Burnley at the Amex.
Mourinho was hugely complimentary about Albion after Spurs pipped Graham Potter's side 2-1 on Sunday, a result which left the Seagulls in 16th place.
That still gives Brighton a four-point advantage over Burnley, who are without a win in six – seven if you include last season when they signed off with a 2-1 home loss against Albion – and have scored only one goal in their last five games.
Sean Dyche's men were hammered 3-0 at home by Chelsea on Saturday and look like a side who good football teams can take apart. And Brighton under Potter are very definitely a good football team.
Albion have caught the eye against good clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United and Spurs but 14 goals conceded is too many. The only team they've managed to shut out in their last 12 league outings is Newcastle and whether they overplay from the back or are just mistake-riddled, the fact is they need to tighten up.
The paradox is that of all the teams who have played seven matches Albion have allowed the fewest shots against them. It seems they are well organised, just making too many errors that are getting punished.
Burnley will test them physically but the sense is Brighton are in a false position, their luck will turn soon and they are well worth a bet.
Brighton have allowed a Premier League joint-low of 21 efforts on target on their goal.
