Bjork can battle better than Burmester

Rough weather is expected for the first round of the KLM Open, with strong winds and potential thunderstorms challenging players and spectators alike at The Dutch course, Holland.
Alexander Bjork can handle the conditions better than most and the accurate Swede is an attractive threeball wager against Dean Burmester and Kiradech Aphibarnrat in the 11.55am (UK and Ireland time) contest.
Bjork has posted nine top-20 finishes this season and he has moved through the gears in his last four tournaments, with results of 53rd, 31st, 25th and 16th. He lies eighth in the European Tour stroke average statistics and is putting better than ever.
Burmester and Aphibarnrat are much wilder than Bjork from tee to green. The South African and the Thai may prove too loose with the driver to avoid card-busting errors in the forecast gloom. Some bookmakers go 7-4 each of three, but Bjork deserves slight favouritism.
1pt 7-4 general
