Alps-lover could leave his rivals with mountain to climb

Hebert the day-one threeball value

Joost Luiten is alongside Bernd Wiesberger for round one

Sky Sports 4 from 10am Thursday

Bernd Wiesberger, the 9-2 Lyoness Open favourite, is scheduled to tee off at 7.10am UK and Ireland time in the first round of the tournament.

Wiesberger will have Joost Luiten and Matt Wallace for company and the home hero is looking to put his name on the leaderboard straight away at Diamond Country Club, Austria.

Pick of the afternoon threeball prices may be the 6-4 about Benjamin Hebert winning his 11.40am contest against Eddie Pepperell and Julien Quesne.

Hebert finished sixth in the 2012 Lyoness Open and eighth in the Nordea Masters on Sunday. The Frenchman enjoys performing in the Alps region and has twice won on the Challenge Tour in Switzerland. He could be hunting a European Tour breakthrough across the border in Austria on Sunday.

Pepperell is 449th in the world rankings, his motivation and temperament becoming questionable over the last two years, while Quesne has missed eight cuts in 11 starts this season.
