Over the past couple of days we've been asking you to vote for your favourite Tingle Creek winner. The polls – in the form of three heats and a grand final on racingpost.com – saw some of the biggest names of the jumps go head to head in our bid to determine the king of Sandown.

In Poll #1, Kauto Star saw off Desert Orchid, with Sire De Grugy back in third, while Poll #2 went the way of the mighty Moscow Flyer, who trumped Master Minded and Un De Sceaux. Poll #3 proved to be a walkover, with Sprinter Sacre sauntering home from Flagship Uberalles and Twist Magic.

But which star came out on top in the grand final? The showdown, in which Kauto Star, Moscow Flyer and Sprinter Sacre fought it out for the top prize, was an incredibly tight affair, but the result is in . . .

(Drumroll please)

The result

1 Sprinter Sacre 38%

2 Moscow Flyer 34%

3 Kauto Star 28%

So what did you have to say about the three finalists? Here are a selection of your comments on some of your Sandown favourites:

Hard, hard choice and no disrespect to either Kauto or Sprinter, (I loved them both), but it has to be Moscow Flyer – when he went up against Well Chief and Azertyuiop, both class horses on their day, he was just fantastic! Trish Macfarlane

No contest.....Moscow Flyer all the way. Tommy

All amazing horses and very difficult choice. Has to be Sprinter Sacre for me but only just. Alan Hood

Obvs all legends. But in the Tingle Creek, the race I still watch is Moscow against Well Chief and Azertyuiop. Has to be Moscow here. Johnny Wogan

Kauto was easily the most versatile of them all. He won over 2 miles then 3 miles, then back again when he won his second Tingle Creek. The others were two-mile specialists. BrandyandLovage
