Wednesday

Kempton and Wolverhampton, set to start at 4.40 and 4.50 respectively, showcase some good all-weather action, while Irish fans are treated to some Polytrack contests at Dundalk.

Thursday

Friday

It's a landmark moment for Newcastle, as the rerouted Group 1 Vertem Futurity Trophy Stakes takes place on the all-weather track at Gosforth Park for the first time following Doncaster's abandonment last Saturday.

November may have just started, but the turf season hasn't relented yet as Newmarket begin their two-day fixture with a seven-race card, where the Irish Stallion Farms EBF "Bosra Sham" Fillies' Stakes (1.40) headlines.

However, don't expect to see too many of the leading jockeys at HQ as Friday marks the start of the 2019 Breeders' Cup at Santa Anita. Four Grade 1s and a Grade 2, all for two-year-olds, get the party started in California.

Back to the domestic racing, as well as Newmarket there's also afternoon jumps cards at Wetherby and Uttoxeter before Newcastle's meeting kicks off at 4.15.

Saturday

Jumps fans will be hoping the the track will have dried out at waterlogged Wetherby as their biggest raceday features the Grade 2 Charlie Hall Chase, won in recent years by Cue Card (2015), Bristol De Mai (2017) and Definitly Red (2018).

Ascot plays host to the Grade 3 Sodexo Gold Cup, while there are three Listed events on the Flat at Newmarket.

Breeders' Cup action then continues at Santa Anita, with nine races stretched over six hours, culminating with the Longines Breeders' Cup Classic (12.44). Aidan O'Brien has plenty of chances of adding to his Stateside tally.

Sunday

Carlisle and Huntingdon keep the British show going, while Cork and Naas also host action in Ireland.

The competitive £100,000 Daragh Fitzpatrick & Colm White Local Bookmakers November Handicap (3.10) ranks the feature contest at the latter venue.
