What you need to know to start your day including going from all the tracks

We have reached the middle of the week and there is plenty happening both on and off the course.

There is action from six tracks in Britain and Ireland, including the Listed Yeomanstown Stud Dark Angel EBF Stakes at Naas (7.30). Aidan O'Brien is certainly keen to scoop up any black type as he fields six of the 13 runners.

There will also be lots of people at Sandown wanting to catch a glimpse of a racing celebrity, with Roy Rocket contesting the apprentice handicap (6.00).

Away from the racing, we expect to find out if dual Oaks winner Enable will be given the green light to run in Saturday's Qipco King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes. We rather hope she does.
