Temperatures dipped to -7C in Lambourn on Wednesday night but Stan Moore could be set for some Dubai sun, with leading light The Wizard Of Eye, who thrilled the trainer when getting back on track recently.

The son of Galileo Gold was 11th in the 2,000 Guineas, but was beaten only nine lengths and also ran with credit when fifth in the German equivalent and second in the Thoroughbred Stakes at Glorious Goodwood.

He was, however, allowed to go off a 20-1 shot for a Listed race at Kempton last month, which he won, earning himself a place in a valuable race at Newcastle on All-Weather Championships finals day in April.
