A jack of all trades, the master of each and every one; Wicklow Brave spent the last six and a half years redefining the word 'versatile'.

You cannot win a Classic at the Curragh and three years later a novice chase at Galway. You cannot win a County Hurdle, arguably the hottest handicap of the entire season, at Cheltenham by eight lengths at 25-1 without breaking sweat. You cannot run in the Champion Hurdle, the Belmont Gold Cup, the Caulfield Cup and the Melbourne Cup all in the same year.

Only Wicklow Brave could do all of the above and more. There were no boundaries when it came to the best all-rounder in racing.
