Martin Keighley believes the disqualification of his 2016 Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase winner Any Currency would have been avoided if he had the use of a radiofrequency treatment that is now routinely practised upon horses at his Condicote stables.

Keighley and his team were devastated when the popular 13-year-old Any Currency was disqualified more than five months after his Cheltenham defeat of Josies Orders due to traces of a substance that is prohibited on racedays having been found in his system.

The trainer set about investigating alternative therapies, and since adopting Indiba’s patented radiofrequency treatment he claims to have almost eliminated the use of pain and joint medication.
