Solar Deity has been in South Korea since last Thursday and he is staying in the old equestrian centre they used at the Seoul Olympics in 1988 - so you could say we are hoping he can medal in the Korea Cup on Sunday.

My girl Abi Harrison is out there with him, and Darryll Holland and I are not far behind, although it will be a bit strange as they are eight hours ahead, which means second lot at home will be the same time as evening stables out there.

Darryll knows the area well but the rest of us are pioneers going into the unknown, where no British-trained runner has ever gone before.
