Sea you at York: Lion skips Irish Champions Weekend but £1m Ebor is on agenda

Sky Bet Ebor third Sea The Lion will miss Longines Irish Champions Weekend with connections plotting a successful return to the Knavesmire in 2019 for the first £1 million running of the handicap.
The seven-year-old did not feature among the entries for four €150,000 premier handicaps at Leopardstown and the Curragh and will not run again this season.
"We were delighted with him at York, it was a brilliant performance," trainer Jarlath Fahey said. "It was a hell of a tough race and he ran to the best of his ability.
