Magic Of Light, who has been in good form in mares' races over fences and hurdles in recent months, takes on the males in a race missing Presenting Percy but in which six of the seven runners are entered for the Randox Health Grand National.

The eight-year-old, runner-up at Huntingdon on her most recent start, had previously landed a Listed Chase at Newbury and a Grade 2 hurdle at Ascot.

Trainer Jessica Harrington said: "She has been in good form all year and three miles and a furlong should suit her well. The ground is nice, which she likes, and she's well-in at the weights based on official ratings. She's in good order and we're very happy with her."

Willie Mullins has sent out seven winners of the Bobbyjo Chase, including Hedgehunter, who was successful in 2005 before going on to Aintree glory that season.

He is represented by last year's Grand National runner-up Pleasant Company, who won this race two years ago, and Rathvinden, winner of the National Hunt Chase at Cheltenham last season.

Successful with Roi Du Mee in 2013 and 2015, Gordon Elliott runs Alpha Des Obeaux, who finished second in the Thyestes Chase last month, and Outlander.

He said: "Alpha Des Obeaux ran very well in the Thyestes and seems in good form, so we're hoping for a good run, while we're just hoping Outlander might produce more than he has done so far this season."

Gigginstown House Stud, owners of Alpha Des Obeaux and Outlander, are also represented by the Henry de Bromhead-trained Valseur Lido, who is without a win since landing a third Grade 1 success at Down Royal in November 2016.

The Steve Mahon-trained Champagne Harmony faces a big task and is the only one of the seven not entered for Aintree.
