Without star sprinter Quiet Reflection to lead his team through the summer Karl Burke's season has been kept ticking over by a talented group of two-year-olds.

Havana Grey has contributed a Molecomb Stakes victory and two Listed prizes, Unfortunately has won the Prix Robert Papin (subject to appeal) and Raydiance won a Listed race on King George day at Ascot. There could be more to come after Champagne Stakes entry Beatbox Rhythm won his maiden by four lengths.

The very soft ground had put his participation in question but Burke was glad to have let the colt run after he finished clear of Richard Fahey newcomer Chief Justice.
