Winter Power's 'bigger and stronger' sister Revival Power books ticket to Royal Ascot

Her trainer had warned previously that she had a lot to live up to, but Revival Power hinted that she may just be up to the challenge.
The sister to Nunthorpe Stakes winner Winter Power earned a 14-1 quote for the Queen Mary Stakes from Paddy Power by doing plenty wrong yet still scoring readily on her debut.
The fact she started at 22-1 shows how backward she had been. She fluffed the start and had to come from last place, jinked left as she was making her move over a furlong out yet she still won by a length under David Allan.
"She'll improve massively," said Tim Easterby, who trains her and also had charge of the Bungle Inthejungle filly's sister. "She's been really backward in her coat and looks backward still. We haven't been hard on her.
"I thought she could gallop, but we hadn't wound her up. You can't do that with Bungle Inthejungles – if you start galloping them a lot the chain comes off.
"She's a full sister to Winter Power but is bigger and stronger. She's a lovely filly. She'll go to Ascot for the Queen Mary I think."
Easterby recalled Winter Power as "hot but quick" as a two-year-old and said of her sister: "She's good. If you get a good one they don't take any training at all, it's very easy. We haven't done anything special with her."
Handicap treble
David O'Meara and Danny Tudhope teamed up for a handicap treble with Mirsky (1m), Darkness (7f) and Capital Guarantee (1m).
