Vaughan keeps winning run going and predicts bright future

Tim Vaughan is hoping this will be the season a change in policy more than two years ago starts to come to fruition and, after Ballyrock gave him a sixth winner in two days in the 3m handicap chase for novices, the signs are positive.

“It’s unreal,” said Vaughan of his recent purple patch. “Why? How? I don’t know, but the only thing I would say is that two and a half years ago we took a different cycle. We wanted to find nicer animals and I bought stacks and stacks of young horses, and I’ve been patient and the owners have supported me.
