Urban Icon books Lingfield berth with smooth success at Wolverhampton

Urban Icon produced a polished performance to register his biggest win to date in the annual feature at Wolverhampton, the Listed Lady Wulfruna Stakes.
The 2-1 favourite mixed it with some of the elite in 2019 and made light of a 240-day absence to give Ryan Moore his third win in the 7f contest.
In the slipstream of a slow pace set by Marie's Diamond, Moore was in the right place to kick off the home turn on the Richard Hannon-trained four-year-old and hold off late-finisher Documenting.
