Keith Dalgleish was in sparkling form across the two afternoon fixtures with a five-timer highlighted by four wins at Carlisle.
The spree kicked off at Catterick when 14-1 chance Fashion Advice got off the mark at the second attempt in the 5f novice stakes under Graham Lee.
Closer to home, the Scottish-based trainer saddled the first of four winners when Gometra Ginty defied an absence of nearly a year in the 6f fillies' novice contest.
