Terrific Tudhope continues fine run with fourth double in a row

Danny Tudhope recorded his fourth consecutive double and took his tally to nine winners in the last four days when partnering Fastman to make a winning debut in the 5f juvenile novice and Blazing Saddles in the £15,000 1m4f three-year-old novice.

Fastman, who is trained by David O'Meara, drifted prior to the off but ran on with great gusto to get the better of the well-backed Dragon Beat by a length and a quarter.

He was the 12th winner in the past fortnight for his trainer, who said: "I was hoping he'd run well but I wasn't expecting him to win as he needs six furlongs."
