For Dan and Harry Skelton this summer's harvest has been wonderfully bountiful. Just three months into the 2017-18 jumps campaign and Dan holds a £65,000 lead in the trainers' championship and brother Harry has moved just four winners behind Richard Johnson after an easy victory on Whatzdjazz.

They are the result of a best ever start to a campaign for the stable by Paul Nicholls' former assistant, who has sent out a host of multiple winners among his 36 successes, of which Whatzdjaz could also be the next.

"She was good," said Skelton after the mare cantered home by 11 lengths.
