Fresh from his best season on the Flat, Jedd O'Keeffe made his mark over jumps as Sam Spinner galloped his rivals into submission in the £100,000 Betfair Stayers' Handicap Hurdle.

The Middleham trainer claimed two Listed victories in as many days in the summer but changing codes proved no problem as the Caron and Paul Chapman-owned five-year-old hacked up by 17 lengths under Joe Colliver.

O'Keeffe had been plotting a route to one of the handicaps at the Cheltenham Festival but might start dreaming bigger with the best jumper he has trained.
