–Ruby Walsh is back, and he's back in the winner's enclosure.

Four months after breaking his leg in a fall at Punchestown the champion jockey headed for Thurles for just one ride and made it count. And now it's all systems go for Cheltenham.

It looked like Walsh had never been away as he settled his mount Lareena close to the pace on the inner in the maiden hurdle before asking her for her effort early in the straight. When he asked her for a big jump at the last she delivered then drew five lengths clear of market rival Awayinthewest.
