Ryan Powell rode the 100th winner of his career when partnering St Michel for trainer Sir Mark Prescott and owner-breeder John Pearce to win the feature 2m Watt Memorial Handicap.

Not that you would know it was a handicap as the winner, who was trying the trip for the first time, routed his rivals, drawing away in the final two furlongs to win by seven lengths.
