After Bye Bye Baby waved farewell to her five rivals in the feature Plusvital Irish EBF Blue Wind Stakes, Aidan O'Brien spoke about the drastic difference between her tame reappearance at Navan and this stylish Group 3 success from the front.
"The improvement can be out of this world sometimes," admitted O'Brien.
"I'm never surprised when one of ours disappoints on their first run back. When they start off, they start off, and you just want them to progress. The first day is just the start."
