No Flook as Centreofexcellence excels for thrilled trainer making it pay

Hands-on local trainer Steve Flook was awaiting his glass of orange juice after the victory of Centreofexcellence in the 2m novice handicap chase, which allowed him to speak candidly about his small operation and the way of life he loves.
