After saddling possibly the best two-year-old in Ireland in Alpha Centauri on Sunday, Jessica Harrington was back in the winner’s enclosure a day later after Lesley Dawn landed the 2m1f mares’ maiden hurdle to continue the trainer’s magical run.

The Ann and Alan Potts-owned four-year-old produced an impressive performance under Ruby Walsh, jumping superbly, and her 16-length margin of victory over market rivals Dawn In The Park and Denham Sound could easily have been multiplied.

Harrington said: “She jumped great and settled in front – she couldn’t have done it any easier.
