The famous Green Line Express colours returned to the winner's enclosure with former trainer Mohammad Moubarak 28 years after he finished runner-up for the second time in the Sussex Stakes.

Robert Havlin wore the green silks with a red cap and armlets, once synonymous with Mahmoud Fustok's horses, as he guided Taylormade to victory in the 7f novice auction stakes.

The 20-1 Taylormade, owned by the Moubarak, beat Elysian Lady by a nose to give the trainer, who resumed his training career in Britain last year, his second winner of the month and his third of 2018.
