Moore rides double only 24 hours after winning Arc

There surely would have been few quibbles had Ryan Moore elected to take Monday off to reflect on the momentous events of the day before. However, just 24 hours after riding Found to win the Arc, , it was a case of business as usual for Moore as he fired in a double on an unseasonably bright and warm afternoon.

The healthy crowd vociferously showed their appreciation as Moore returned to the winner's enclosure following Adamant's win in the second division of the juvenile maiden.

Moore looked in good spirits as he posed for pictures with the Sir Michael Stoute-trained Adamant – a big, strapping, grey son of Dalakhani who looks the type to improve markedly over the winter.


Windsor results and analysis


The near-13-1 double was completed when Geneva Convention won the nursery over an extended mile, fending off the challenge of the Jim Crowley-ridden Calibration.
